Today's instalment of Every Day is a Special Day TV features a visit from Oyster Boy who has driven up with a truck full of oyster shells for our driveway. We have lots of ways of recycling and reusing up here at Eigensinn Farm and when our friends make a trip to the farm we make sure they don't come or leave empty handed.
Eigensinn Farm is the home of the Stadtländers and the stagiaires. We grow and raise our own vegetables and livestock and cook multi-course dinners served in our farm house.

a few years ago I made the trip to your farm with Adam to help build the Oyster shack. We slept in your cabin and ate in your kitchen, and I still consider it one of the best working holidays I've ever had!
